What is a token pack?

A token pack is a one-time purchase that adds AI tokens to your CBOs wallet immediately, on top of the 1,000 tokens included with Pro every month. Use them for extra AI generations whenever you need more.

Do I need a Pro subscription to buy a token pack?

Yes. Token packs top up the wallet of an active CBOs Pro subscription. If you are not a Pro member yet, subscribe first and then add tokens whenever you need them.

Do unused top-up tokens expire?

No — top-up tokens you have not used by the end of a billing cycle carry over to the next cycle, for as long as your Pro subscription stays active.

Is this a recurring charge?

No. A token pack is a single one-time payment. It does not change your Pro subscription, its price or its renewal date in any way.

How quickly are tokens credited?

Tokens are credited to your wallet automatically, within moments of your payment being confirmed. For automatic crediting, open this page from the CBOs app so the purchase is linked to your account.

Can I get a refund on a token pack?

Token packs are non-refundable once the tokens have been credited to your wallet. If something went wrong with your purchase, contact support and we will sort it out.
